DormWatch: A Mobile App for Reporting Dormitory Issues
DormWatch is a free mobile app developed by the Ministry of Manpower for Android devices. It is designed for foreign workers to report defects, broken facilities, and equipment directly to the dormitory operator. The app's aim is to encourage operators to self-regulate and fix the issues identified by the users. The app also tracks, monitors, and alerts parties of the latest status updates. MOM will also be kept informed of the progress of the issues identified, and they would be able to step in and inspect the premises if deemed necessary.
